- 1 那 夜 王 睡不著 覺,就吩咐人 取 歷史來, 念 給他聽。
- 2 正遇見 書上寫著 說:王 的太監 中有 兩個 守 門的,辟探 和提列,想要 下 手 害亞哈隨魯 王,末底改 將這事 告訴王后。
- 3 王 說:「末底改行了 這事,賜 他 甚麼 尊榮 爵位沒有?」伺候 王 的臣僕 回答說:「沒有 賜 他 甚麼。」
- 4 王 說:「誰 在院子裡?」(那時哈曼 正進 王 宮 的外 院,要求 王 將 末底改 掛 在 他所 預備 的木架上。)
- 5 臣僕 說:「 哈曼 站 在院內。」王 說:「叫他進來。」
- 6 哈曼 就進去。王 問他 說:「王 所 喜悅 尊榮的人,當如何 待 他呢?」哈曼 心 裡說:「王 所喜悅 尊榮的,不是 我 是誰呢?」
- 7 哈曼 就回答說:「王 所 喜悅 尊榮 的,
- 8 當 將王 常穿 的朝 服 和 戴 冠 的 御 馬,
- 9 都交 給 王 極尊貴 的一個 大臣,命他將衣服給 王 所 喜悅 尊榮 的人 穿上,使他騎 上 馬,走遍城 裡的街市,在他面前 宣告說:王 所 喜悅 尊榮的人,就如此 待 他。」
- 10 王 對哈曼 說:「你速速 將 這衣服 和 馬,照你所 說的,向坐 在朝 門 的猶大人 末底改 去行。凡 你所 說的,一樣 不可 缺。」
- 11 於是哈曼 將 朝服 給 末底改 穿上,使他騎上 馬,走遍城 裡的街市,在他面前 宣告說:「王 所 喜悅 尊榮的人,就如此 待 他。」
- 12 末底改 仍回 到 朝 門,哈曼 卻憂憂悶悶 地蒙著 頭,急忙 回 家去了,
- 13 將 所 遇的 一切事 詳細說 給他的妻 細利斯 和他的眾 朋友聽。他的智慧人 和他的妻 細利斯 對他 說:「你在末底改 面前 始 而敗落,他 如果 是猶大 人,你必不 能勝 他,終 必 在他面前 敗落。」
- 14 他們還 與 哈曼說話的時候,王 的太監 來 催 哈曼 快去 赴 以斯帖 所 預備 的筵席。

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
