Acts 6
- 1 Ary tamin’ izany andro izany, rehefa nihamaro ny isan’ ny mpianatra, dia nimonomonona tamin’ ny Hebreo ny Helenista, satria tsy mba enina tamin’ ny fiantrana isan’ andro ny mpitondratenany.
- 2 Ary ny roa ambin’ ny folo lahy nampiangona ny mpianatra rehetra ka nanao hoe: Tsy mety raha mandao ny tenin’ Andriamanitra hitandrina latabatra izahay.
- 3 Koa amin’ izany, ry rahalahy, mizahà fito lahy eo aminareo, izay tsara laza sady feno ny Fanahy sy fahendrena, mba hotendrenay hitandrina izany raharaha izany.
- 4 Fa izahay kosa haharitra amin’ ny fivavahana sy ny fampianarana.
- 5 Dia sitraky ny olona rehetra ny teniny, ka nifidy an’ i Stefana izy, lehilahy feno finoana sy ny Fanahy Masìna, ary Filipo sy Prokoro sy Nikanora sy Timona sy Parmena ary Nikoleo (proselyta avy any Antiokia),
- 6 ireo dia narosony teo anatrehan’ ny Apostoly; ary rehefa nivavaka ny Apostoly, dia nametra-tanana taminy.
- 7 Dia nandroso ny tenin’ Andriamanitra; ary nihamaro indrindra ny isan’ ny mpianatra tany Jerosalema; ary maro be kosa ny mpisorona nanaiky ny finoana.
- 8 Ary Stefana, feno fahasoavana sy hery, dia nanao fahagagana sy famantarana lehibe teo amin’ ny vahoaka.
- 9 Fa ny sasany, izay avy amin’ ny synagoga atao hoe Synagogan’ ny Libertina sy ny Kyreniana sy ny Aleksandriana mbamin’ izay avy any Kilikia sy Asia, dia nitsangana ka niady hevitra tamin’ i Stefana.
- 10 Fa tsy nahatohitra ny fahendrena sy ny Fanahy izay nitenenany ireo;
- 11 dia nisy olona nomeny vava hanao hoe: Efa renay niteny ratsy an’ i Mosesy sy Andriamanitra ity.
- 12 Ary nampitaitra ny olona sy ny loholona ary ny mpanora-dalàna izy, dia nankeo amin’ i Stefana ka nisarika azy, dia nitondra azy ho eo amin’ ny Synedriona;
- 13 ary izy nanangana vavolombelona mandainga, izay nanao hoe: Io lehilahy io tsy mitsahatra miteny ratsy ity fitoerana masìna ity sy ny lalàna;
- 14 Fa efa renay izy nilaza fa ilay Jesosy avy any Nazareta dia handrava ity fitoerana ity sy hanova ny fomba izay natolotr’ i Mosesy antsika.
- 15 Ary izay rehetra nipetraka teo amin’ ny Synedriona, raha nandinika an’ i Stefana, dia nahita ny tarehiny tahaka ny tarehin’ anjely.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
We're united in our mission to preserve the integrity and authenticity of the Bible text. If you have questions or require additional information, please use our support system. We're here to assist and will respond promptly.
Thank you for your understanding and for being an integral part of the getBible community.
